Registration Instructions

If your child is a returning player please click on forgot user name/password link in the option 1 box. If you do not receive an email with in 20 minutes please contact Affinity Sports at 1-800-869-3906.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.
